Authentication Error

Message: Authentication failed. Please check your API credentials.

This means the plugin could not connect to the Rapaport API.

Please do the following:

  1. Double-check that your Client ID and Client Secret are correct in the plugin settings.
  2. Ensure your website is using HTTPS (a secure connection).
  3. Check your website's PHP error log for more specific details about the failure. The log might contain a message from the Rapaport API itself.
