Terms and Conditions:

  •  Only applicable to TEJORI products with original invoice. Jewellery can be exchanged once within 7 days only if in unused condition.
  • Any exchange of gold jewellery will be at current gold prices.
  • Diamond jewellery can be exchanged or upgraded for diamond jewellery only.
  • Item such as - custom made jewellery, certified diamonds, emerald & pearl jewellery & pcs under gone custom modification on client request - can not be exchanged.
  • A refund is applicable within 7 days only if a manufacturing defect is evident and it can't be repaired or replaced.
  • Any charges incurred by TEJORI in the transactions including but not limited to, credit card charges will be deductible in approved refund cases. • Gold jewellery can be upgraded at prevailing price of gold, after deduction of manufacturing costs and stone weights or gold loss.
  • Diamond jewellery can be upgraded after deduction of remodelling costs and valuation according to market value of the material content.
  • The value of new purchase should exceed the trade-in value by 35%.
  • Tejori reserves the right to refuse exchange or upgrade of selected jewellery items:
  • Verification and valuation of jewellery for exchange or upgrade may take up to 4 working days.
